In full period of globalization and change, the world becomes smaller, more interdependent and more complex. Appreciated qualities of a volunteer are: creativity, voluntary work, will, desire to help others, interest in various fields, openness, independence and knowledge. Do you think that volunteering means to do things easily and joyfully? Not at all. The contribution of volunteers is felt not only by the organization in wich they activate, their friends, or communities of origin, but also society as a whole. At the same time, volunteering to help young people develop skills that formal education often can not provide.
