Construction of the tactical plan and the fight:
To participate in successive championships and to win you need a strategic plan. I mean, in fact, a mental path to victory. Fighting strategy should include time itself, the method and tactics.

The conduct of tactical fights include:
a) Individual Commitment. The results are the personal contribution. Fighters can not stake other than their own training.
b) Various tactics. Technical contents of battle is represented by a large number of technical processes. During the fight they do not succeed in a certain order, but depending on the situation. Fighters selected processes according to the particular opponent.
c) Efficiency and spectacular performance. In wrestling, unlike other branches sporting spectacular technical processes are ranked better. Thus, the fight becomes spectacular and effective.
d) Inventiveness and creativity. For each competition athletes must develop a tactical plan of battle with the elements of our opponent. The multitude of technical processes gives the fighter the posibility of manifesting himself creatively in the fight.
e) Technical universality. It is known that the competition demands a lot from the fighters, technically and tactically. Each battle is different in a technical-tactical profile itself, and a good fighter should take that into account.

It is important to keep distance from the enemy, the movement to exclude additional forces to save physical and emotional fight till the end, because at that time fighters can be taken by surprise by the enemy. The biggest mistake of athletes is taking opponent lightly, or over-appreciation.

- Tactics to prepare for competitions

Tactics is a rational activity using various means, depending on opponents and situations, in order to achieve victory.
Tactics include preparation for competitions stages:
                a) design tactic
                b) tactical plan
                c) tactical actions
                d) tactical skills
 a) Concept tactic - it is a system of principles, ideas, rules and standards established, developed in order to participate successfully in competitions. It is determined by the coach, under the analysis of the concept of preparation for competitions compiled by the Federation of National Fight Voievod, and includes the preparation and performance of athletes, the results of previous competitions, opportunities to assert the athletes.
b) Tactical plan - all measures to solve tactical problems on the conduct of competitions. It is determined in accordance with the design tactic, own performance at the athletes, the competitive characteristics of the opponent, the objectives set, place and conditions for competition.
c) Tactical actions - practical tools to implement the tactical plan and the tactical concept. It is a basic component, which includes physical and mental qualities, the whole baggage of fighting skills.
d) Skills tactic - a tactic is automated through practice in stable conditions. Is characterized by precision, rhythmicity, and the similarity of movements, not in last place, efficiency.

The success of athletes of establishing a special training by the coach. Preparing for the tournament should start two months before that. Each sport, in addition to training, will prepare the individual coach or a strategic plan that will include all the procedures to be used.

- Tactics for achieving processes

Depending on the action, there are distinguished the following types: attack, defense and counterattack.
      
Tactics of attack
It is characterized by the guard, free way of fighting, combined actions, procedures and contraprocedee processed. Tactics claiming the sport excellent physical preparation, processing and use of fixed fights. Ability to change the style of fight and feel the opponent's next move is one of the athlete's skills.

Tactics to counter-attack:
It ss based, first of all, on stopping the attack and initiating a heavily focused counter strike. Tactics is based on the quickness of the attacked athlete, and it offers possibility of recreation in times of lower resistance.

- Defense Tactics:

Athletes focus solely on defense, saving their forces, and anylizing the opponent's style of fighting. Defense tactics requires special training, because you can not defend yourself through the whole fight. From this point, defense without initiative to attack is an incomplete win.
In classic martial arts defense modernises by:

  • Realism in action (striking techniques real fight with several enemies simultaneously, fighting with gloves, weapons, simulation, etc.);
  • Use native skills in movement, blocks and repartee;
  • Principles of modern defense and counterattack;
  • Effectiveness of the attack with fist (using the direct hit in vertical and hitting the sand);
  • Techniques for an effective foot (working intensively to the bag, shield, wall, etc.. Ca. 600 hits / session);
  • Using complex body defense, counterattack and fight to the ground.
