By International "Eurotaekwondo" Federation rules, instructor can become the sportsman who reached the age of 18 and has work experience in trainings and contests, and the sportsman that was qualitied on 1 Dan, being recorded in the national and international federation.

Each instructor is obliged to take part four times yearly on seminars of training, demonstrating the technique, the physical and teoretical preparedness.

The instructor must be oficialz recorded in the federation and must present monthlz reports about training, of the club.

The club should be oficially enlisted on local level. The contract on renting and the financial sponsorization must be strictly supervized.

The instructors must manage the trainings after special programmers, elaborated by the federation and in the same time, must orientate after sport events, which are enlisted in the moldovan's Young People Sports Agency Calendar.

The sportsman examination, the seminars and meets proceed once in three months, by the reculations of the international E.T.F Federation.
